Ulcerative colitis is amongst many other autoimmune diseases, I was diagnosed a few years back. At times the immune system will attack the body’s own cells. For this reason I MUST stick to a plan that does NOT put me in an inflammatory Flare-Up. Prior to learning about Sunwink I avoided anything except water but now I can enjoy a bit of the Sparkle and know that my innards are ok:) Oh and BTW I purchased a cute goblet to travel with me to my Go-To’s so I don’t feel left out at the party without a glass to sip the bubbly from.:) YES!
